A school council is a group of students who are elected to represent the views of all the pupils and to improve our school.
The purpose of the Council is to give children a real and resonating voice. The School Councillors consult with their class regularly to seek opinions, discuss ideas and listen to class ideas.
The School Council supports the school’s development and uphold the Article 12 from the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Every child has the right to say what they think in all matters affecting them, and to have their views taken seriously.
