School policies cover every aspect of school life. Below are some of our most important policies for your reference. If you want to know our policy on something that is not listed, or if you would like a paper copy of the policy, please ask the school office.
St Michael's CE Primary School and Preschool is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all it's pupils. Every member of staff recognises that safeguarding against radicalisation and extremism is no different to safeguarding against any other vulnerability in today's society. We have a duty to prepare our children for life in modern Britain and to keep them safe.
Policies and documents within our website may refer to Miss Grose as Headteacher. Miss Grose left St Michael's at the end of December 2015. As these policies and documents are reviewed as part of our on-going review cycle, any relevant changes will be made. All policies, procedures and practices remain relevant and in place.
